Todd has been involved in IT for over 20 years and got his start in the computer science field as a software developer. He has been with 24hourtek since 2005.

Lowell Wood, Service Manager at 24hourtek, manages the day-to-day operations of the service team ensuring that our customers' issues are addressed efficiently and effectively. As one of our most senior techs he serves as a mentor and escalation point for our more junior team members. He has been in IT for over 20 years and holds several IT certifications including Microsoft and Meraki.

Jon has been a 24hourtek team member since 2014, and certifications include ITIL, Cisco, Meraki, ConnectWise, and more.
